One can never go wrong with florals and with this lovely floral dress I would like to bid adieu to the lovely Toronto summers. I bought this beautiful maxi from M Boutique on sale for $40 including taxes. I am simply in love with this store and there is always something for your taste and pocket. I never miss to check the sale section as there is definitely a deal worth the price 🙂
Being the last long weekend for the summer, we headed to Muskoka to enjoy the serene nature. We stayed at this picturesque BnB located in Gravenhurst. It is indeed a home away from home. A must visit for those who love nature and quiescent.
I love the way this floral dress can be styled. I kept it simple by pairing it with my cork wedges that I bought during my recent trip to Portugal. You can read about it here.
To add some natural look, I carried a rattan cross-body with the maxi. Rattan bags have been in trend all summers and I have been on a look for these cuties in a reasonable price and my happiness knew no bounds when I actually found one just for $40 at one of the Indonesian stalls at CNE 🙂
I am wearing white pom pom hoop earrings with this floral maxi that I bought from Necessities Fashion for $3.99 with during the side-walk sale in THE PATH.
In my opinion this is a perfect outfit for a summer bridal shower, pool party or even a backyard party 🙂
By the time it was dusk, the windy weather made me feel a bit cold so I wore my netted shrug to keep me warm. This shrug I had purchased from Suzy Shier couple of years back.
I tried some Lightroom techniques in the picture below and I am confused whether I look like an angel just landed from heaven 🙂 or a female demon just about to turn and scare others 😛 Do let me know what you think in the comments below 🙂
We had an amazing time in Muskoka and I am pretty sure you all did as well, it would be great to know what you guys to enjoy this beautiful weather.
I really hope that you like the way I have styled this floral maxi and looking forward to your valuable comments.
